Linda Tindal Davis and her husband enjoy canines of all stripes, and currently share their home with a rescued greyhound named Rubin.  Rubin was born in Kansas but raced in Birmingham, AL.  He was not very fast and only ran 11 races (4th place was his highest achievement) before being retired and offered for adoption at age 2.  Greyhounds make great pets and are remarkably calm and quiet for 75 pound animals.  They rarely bark and shed very little.  Scroll down for a picture of Rubin!
